Drill Floor

The Armory’s iconic drill floor blends historic character with modern-day convenience, creating a truly unforgettable setting for your event. With seating for up to 300 guests, the space features its original black beams, exposed brick walls, and stunning arched windows that flood the room with natural light. Timeless, dimmable chandeliers add the perfect ambiance for any celebration, while plenty of conveniently placed outlets ensure your vendors and entertainment are fully powered for a seamless event.

Bar

The Armory’s one-of-a-kind bar is a true statement piece, blending industrial charm with historic character. A custom concrete bar with a reclaimed corrugated metal front sets the tone, while the liquor cabinet built into the drill floor’s original radiator—which once heated the space in the early 1900s—adds an unforgettable conversation-starting detail. The customizable chalkboard door allows you to add a personal touch for your event. Behind the bar, you’ll find a refrigerated beer cooler, sink, and microwave, with portable insulated coolers also available. All wedding packages include professional bartender services provided by @YourFavoriteBartenders_419 to ensure seamless service from start to finish.

Guest Lounge

Tucked into the back portion of the building, the Armory’s guest lounge offers a cozy and versatile retreat for your event. Before your celebration begins, the space can be closed off to expand the bridal suite, creating extra room for getting ready in comfort. During the event, it transforms into the perfect spot for guests to relax, lounge, and chat, featuring comfortable Chesterfield-style seating. The lounge also boasts large arched windows overlooking the ceremony space, offering a beautiful view while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere. For added convenience, the men’s and women’s restrooms are also located in this rear section of the building.

Garden Ceremony

The Armory’s garden ceremony space offers a stunning outdoor setting designed to feel both intimate and grand. At its heart is a cedar-built gable with a beautiful stone backdrop and a matching cedar pedestal for the officiant, creating a timeless focal point for your vows. The space is surrounded by lush flowers and shrubs that bloom from spring through fall, including azaleas, hydrangeas, roses, and rhododendrons, while arborvitaes provide year-round greenery for a polished look in every season. This outdoor ceremony space can accommodate up to 300 seated guests with our elegant white resin chairs. Just behind the ceremony area, guests can enjoy a fountain patio accented with overhead string lights, creating the perfect atmosphere for cocktail hour and mingling under the stars.

Bridal Suite

The Armory’s bridal suite is thoughtfully designed to offer both comfort and functionality for your special day. The suite provides seating for up to 8, with the option to close off the guest lounge prior to the event for even more space. It features four dedicated hair and makeup stations, a full-length mirror, and a charming coffee bar to help you start the day relaxed and refreshed. Like the guest lounge, the bridal suite showcases a stunning arched window overlooking the ceremony space, allowing the bride to keep an eye on every detail as it comes together. For added privacy and convenience, the suite also includes an onsite private bathroom, creating a peaceful retreat throughout the night.

Groom Suite 1

The Armory’s groom suite is a bold, cigar-lounge–inspired retreat filled with rich history and character. Once the Commander’s Quarters during the building’s National Guard occupation, this is where drills were called out from the balcony overlooking the drill floor—a legacy that adds an unforgettable story to the space. Today, the suite features hand-selected vintage furnishings, including authentic theater seats, a leather sofa set, and an antique cigar box and mini bar cabinet. The groom suite offers seating for up to 8, a private en-suite bathroom, and is flooded with natural light from a massive wall-to-wall window. What once served as a command balcony is now a photographer’s dream, offering breathtaking aerial views of the drill floor for unforgettable photos.

Teen Center - Groom Suite 2

Designed to serve our local teens with a safe, inspiring place to gather, this unique space is also available to rent for an additional $250. Every dollar from this rental goes directly back to the teens, allowing them to vote on excursions like bowling or roller skating or add new amenities to their space—so your event truly gives back. Styled with a speakeasy theme, the room features a bold mural reading “Your story is just getting started,” a message that resonates with both teens and grooms alike. The space is filled with lush plants, curated vintage pieces, and even a mounted pronghorn above the mural for a striking focal point. It offers seating for up to 19 guests with a mix of sofas, a card table, pub tables, and bar seating, and is fully stocked with entertainment including card and board games, bumper pool, foosball, a dart board, and a smart TV with select streaming services. The space also features its own private entrance and an en-suite bathroom, making it both functional and completely one of a kind.

Jackalope Stash

Our in-house tux rentals by Jackalope Stash make getting dressed for the big day easy and stress-free. By appointment only, they offer both suit and tux rentals, or you can purchase your suit or tux to keep—because let’s be honest, it never hurts to have a good suit or tux on hand for weddings, formal events, or those “just in case” moments. Like the Teen room, Jackalope Stash is located in the lower level of the Armory, conveniently across the hall from the Teen Center, making fittings seamless and perfectly timed with your event planning.

Womens Bathroom

The women’s bathroom at the Armory blends style and functionality for your guests’ comfort. It features three spacious stalls, including a handicap-accessible stall, along with a large arched window that fills the space with natural light. A double vanity provides plenty of room for guests to freshen up with ease, making this restroom both practical and beautifully designed.

Mens Bathroom

The men’s restroom at the Armory offers both comfort and character with a rugged, industrial edge. It includes two custom wood stalls—one handicap accessible—along with a urinal for added convenience. A double vanity provides plenty of space to freshen up, while the semi-exposed brick wall delivers that perfect grungy, rustic, manly feel that ties seamlessly into the historic charm of the building.
